Having thought about this for a couple of years and been asked again recently, I finally put together my first sample pack, woo!

This is a collection of tape noises ready for you to use however you wish.
Things like:

Bump & Hiss
Tape loop crackle
Tape loop pinches & squelches
Input monitoring noise
Loops of white noise
Loops of white noise bounced to other tracks
Loops of white noise bounced to other machines
and back.. again & again.... all the degradation!

No harmonic content on here (intentionally) but maybe i'll do some of that in the future. This one's just about the noises of tape machines & loops. Stuff you just cannot replicate.

I've mastered these to average levels, including some stereo image control but you'll still find some lovely, warpy jumps / drop outs / surprises where tape loops have worn in different ways. Consider these little gems of the tape world.
